(121/308) 1022 - Archive 1.0.2 props file is UTF-8

Hi, the Archive plugin has it's Archive.props encoded in UTF-8, but java assumes that properties are ISO-8859-1.
In most case it changes nothing, but sometimes it gives wrong chars with accents like
André (is it André or Andre ?)
